These Terms of Service govern your engagement with Duasatu Studio and its creative services. By working with us or visiting this website, you agree to the following terms.

1. Our Services

Duasatu Studio provides creative and design services including Product Design, Brand Strategy, Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, Web Design, and Brand Identity. Each project is scoped individually through a formal brief or proposal.

2. Project Agreement

All client engagements begin with a signed proposal or scope of work document. The terms of each project — including deliverables, timelines, and fees — are defined in that agreement, which takes precedence over these general Terms.

3. Payment Terms

Projects typically require a deposit before work begins. Payment milestones and final balances are outlined in the project agreement. All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced on the agreed scope.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, Duasatu Studio transfers ownership of the final agreed deliverables to the client. Duasatu Studio retains ownership of all preliminary concepts, unused explorations, and internal processes. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Duasatu Studio reserves the right to display completed work in its portfolio.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate briefs, timely feedback within agreed review cycles, and any necessary content (copy, images, brand assets) required to complete the project. Delays caused by the client may affect agreed timelines and costs.

6. Revisions

Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as stated in the project agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope will be billed at our standard hourly rate.

7. Confidentiality

We treat all client information, project details, and business data as confidential. We will not share or disclose your information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

Duasatu Studio’s liability is limited to the total fees paid for the specific project in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our deliverables.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for payment covering all work completed up to that point.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued engagement with Duasatu Studio constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
